From a family tradition, our founder and pastry chef Enrique Aguilar says: “There is so much variety in in the Mexican bakery and confectionery areas that we could make at least one different product every day of the year and we wouldn't finish! It's something very engrained in the Mexican culture, and that’s why we’re here, because that’s what we enjoy doing best!

Enrique has been working in the hospitality industry since his arrival to Sydney in 2005. Now he’s ready to share more of the authentic Mexican Cuisine that’s hard to find in Australia with a an incredible mix of ingredients that will give an added value to what people already think of “Mexican Food”.
