Made only from natural ingredients including freshly ground almonds, ground cinnamon and no nasties, these Banana & Cinnamon Muffins are gluten free and will love you from the inside out.
These muffins freeze well too, so you will always have nutritious snacks on hand.
One mix will make 12 standard size muffins, or 24 mini-muffins. Our muffin mixes can also be baked into cakes or mini loaves. Play around with them to bake them YOUR way.
Ingredients:
Buckwheat flour, natural almond meal, white sorghum flour, coconut sugar, organic green banana flour, aluminium-free baking powder, ground cinnamon, allspice powder, guar gum powder.

- 1 cup of overripe banana, mashed (around 3 large bananas)
- 1 & 1/4 cups of milk (nut, soy, dairy etc)
