Raj uses a traditional process of slow cooking our cultured butter, carefully removing milk solids and lactose, resulting in this super pure golden ghee with incredible flavour. It has a long shelf life – up to a year (if you don’t eat it before then!). Because it’s cooked low and slow it retains a lot of its nutrients like Vitamin E,\u00a0Vitamin A, antioxidants and other organic compounds,\u00a0which are often\u00a0lost\u00a0at higher cooking temperatures. Try it with steaks, stews, curries or as an alternative to butter\/ cooking oils.<\/p>\n
