When softened, set aside.<\/p>\n<p>2- Fry 500g of diced beef\/chicken, or alternative plant based option.<\/p>\n<p>3- Add this sauce plus half a jar of stock\/water.<\/p>\n<p>4- Simmer for 15 minutes then add your carrots and parsnip to the stew and simmer for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serve on steamed rice with a side of your choice of flat bread and salad.<\/p>\n<p>Another traditional way of enjoying Tabrizi is with\u00a0Kufteh\u00a0meat-balls.
