We’ve added 100% pure\u00a0Australian grown<\/strong>\u00a0freeze dried blueberry powder to these pancakes and a touch of ground cinnamon to\u00a0enhance the sweetness of the berries!\u00a0 Best of all, there’s absolutely no sugar so you can\u00a0sweeten the recipe just the way you like it – add\u00a0fresh fruit to the mix or drown them in maple syrup – the choice is yours!<\/p>\n

We’ve made the mix so it can be served thick, like an American style hotcake, or thinned out to make a more crepe style pancake.<\/p>\n

We love our pancakes made ‘as instructed’ and then topped with extra fresh blueberries, coconut yoghurt and lashings of maple syrup!\u00a0 YUM!<\/p>\n

One mix will make around 6-9 thick pancakes, dependent on size.\u00a0 One packet is perfect\u00a0to make a gorgeous breakfast for two – or\u00a0as a healthy breakfast treat for\u00a0the kids.<\/p>\n

Buckwheat flour, arrowroot flour, aluminium free baking powder, free dried 100% Australian blueberry powder (the equivalent of\u00a0up to\u00a0226\u00a0average\u00a0sized blueberries*), cinnamon powder.<\/p>\n
