2 of the deepest Thermal Mass Ovens PLUS a plate warmer oven gives the 990EL13 the full baking perfection. Both the top and bottom ovens are thermostatically controlled electric ovens with wrap around electric elements
Large Oven
The top oven is 460mm deep x 360mm wide and 310mm high. Oven Temperature up to 240oC. It also has a High Power Electric Grill Element
Bottom Oven
The bottom oven is 460mm deep x 360mm wide and 200mm high and will reach up to 200oC with its wrap around electrical element

Unique to the Esse EL13 Range Cooker is a good old fashion plate warmer. This slide out rack is designed to warm your dinner plates ready for the traditional sunday roast

Simple Controls - With Slumber Mode
Very simple to use with easy touch knobs that give you full control over your Esse cooker. The Slumber mode setting is when the dual is set to the green triangle. The element is on, the hotplate or oven is warm. With both ovens and hotplate on slumber the cooker is using 1/3Kw of energy. From slumber the hotplate or oven can be turned up to use for cooking in 20 minutes (half the time it would take if the element were off). On slumber the cooker has the reassuring warmth of a heat store cooker.
