Regardless of whether you are a home baker or a professional, Pink Swann range of Cookie Embossers are easy to use and give a fabulous consistent finish.
This is not an stamp – it is an embosser. You will get a raised pattern on your cookie.
HOW TO USE

* roll your dough or fondant out to slightly thicker than required.
* position – the embosser
* apply firm even pressure (recomend using a rolling pin over the back of the embosser). As embossing requires a little more force than stamping.
* if the fondant is too sticky or wet it will stick to the stamp, use corn flour on the fondant to help dry it out
*remove and cut cookie shape. Repeat.
CLEANING

*Wash in warm soapy water. Make sure embosser is completely dry before using.
* Embosser is not Dishwasher friendly.
SIZING

Embosser is 8cm (3.14″) in diameter – with pattern area between approx 4cm – 5cm depending on design.
This sizing is most suitable for cookies between 6-8cm (2.23 – 3.14″)
