Take a trip to South East Asia with the sweet salty coconutty flavours of this confection inspired by our signature Pandan & Coconut macaron.
The cake is a moist 5″ coconut & pandan sponge that is filled with pandan custard and iced with a salted gula Melaka buttercream. It is then finished with mini macarons and toasted dessicated coconut.
It serves 8 regular slices or 12 small slices.
