Description
Maple Sugar is a traditional Sweetener in the Northern United States and Canada, prepared from the sap of the maple tree. It has a strong maple flavour and aroma, just like Maple syrup. Maple Sugar can be used in recipes in the same way you use cane sugar. Maple Sugar is about twice as sweet as cane sugar so you use a lesser amount.
