Gheymeh - Savoury & Tangy Recipe Base + Black Lime

Gheymeh is a popular Persian stew present as the focus of many festivals and gatherings in Iran. Traditionally served with a side of french fries, this all-time favourite is a versatile and satisfying meal option that you will never get bored of.

Exotic Bazaar Gheymeh is made fresh in our Brisbane facility with lots of love. Our facility smells divine and so will your kitchen

In this pack you will recieve:

1 x Jar of Exotic Bazaar savoury & Tangy Gheymeh Base

1 x 15g pack of Persian Black Lime to add extra exotic to your dish

Gheymeh in four easy steps:

1- Fry and half cook 500g diced lamb/beef (or vegetarian alternative)

2- Add in half a cup of dried yellow split peas and cook with the meat.

3- Add this Gheymeh base plus 2x Persian black limes

4- Simmer for 20 minutes or until your ingredients are cooked. Meanwhile make some potato fires.

Top your gheymeh with potato fries and serve on steamed rice with a side of salad.

For a vegetarian option we recommend: eggplants, mushrooms, capsicum, zucchini, okra.

You can also simply mix Gheymeh through with rice to make a Persian Pilaf.
