COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN: approx. 10-15 minutes at 180⁰C after defrosted.

SANDWICH PRESS: approx. 5 minutes after defrosted.

Wheat Flour, Mozzarella Cheese (28%)(Pasteurised Milk, Salt, Starter Cultures, Non- Animal Rennet), Chicken (10%), Water, Mushroom (8%), BBQ Sauce (Water, Tomato Paste, Apple Paste, Sugar, Thickener (1422), food acids (Acetic, Citric), Salt, Molasses, Natural Flavours, Spices, Colour (Caramel IV), Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Salt, Olive Oil, Yeast.

ALLERGENS

Contains Gluten, Milk. May contain Peanuts, Egss, Sesame Seeds and Tree Nuts. NOT genetically modified.

SHELF LIFE

If kept frozen at < -18⁰C, 6 months from date of production – If kept refrigerated at < 5°C, 4 days from date of production or 4 days after defrosting

Arancini Art

Coming from Italy a few years ago we felt the need to bring a little bit of Italy close to us and we started the production of traditional Italian food in Epping.

Our production focuses on making traditional Italian Arancini, Calzoni and Pasta. Other foods offered in our selection include savoury Crocchette di Patate and a range of delicious appetisers including our Party Arancini, Polpette di Melanzane, Mozzarelline Fritte and Olive all’Ascolana.

In addition, we have a range of Calzoni with a variety of fillings and Pastry Logs with eight mixed vegetables or spinach and ricotta. Why not try our wood fire oven Pizza Bases and add your own toppings?
