Sencha Green Tea  leaves are finely ground to make a bright green tea powder, this powder can be used to make a cup of green tea. The powder dissovles into the water allowing the tea drinker to obtain the maximum health benefits from the Sencha green tea. Pure green tea powder can be added to milk and sweetened to create a delicious drink. May also be added to food, cakes, biscuits and jellies.
